This document describes the general terms regarding agreements for the purchase and sale of goods between cefischer verlag and natural persons (in the following also referred to as purchasers or readers).

cefischer verlag offers, sells and delivers books of its publishing programme to readers to the conditions stated herein only. Orders must be placed by fax, letter or e-mail. Our offer including these and other terms must be confirmed before delivery of goods can take place.

We deliver our items to readers at retail prices (list prices). There is no minimum order quantity. Payment of the total invoice amount, without offset or deduction, is due 14 days from the invoice date or as otherwise approved in writing by cefischer verlag. Items can be returned within 14 days from delivery.

We ship books worldwide at no charge. For product return, the purchaser is required to cover the cost of having items returned to us.

Additional or otherwise changed terms can be defined in special contracts of sale. Please contact us for further information.
